Scalebound is a cancelled action game that was being developed by PlatinumGames and exclusive to the Xbox One. It was being directed by Hideki Kamiya, who revealed it at the E3 2014 Microsoft conference.
PlatinumGames statef that Scalebound would "take action to a whole new scale", and would take you to a distant, hostile world. One of the main features of the game was a dragon, which you may form strong bonds with, which was crucial to survival within the game. It was also stated that many fearsome creatures would make an appearance in the game.
The game was eventually cancelled on the 9th January 2017.
